Cascadia Construction and Remodeling turned the Morgan project in Woodland into a true lakefront standout through a full-gut structural remodel that went down to the studs and required a completely new roof frame. From the bold black exterior and reworked roofline to the custom cabinetry and millwork details inside, every choice feels intentional and well-executed. One of the most impressive parts of the build was the logistical challenge of working under low overhead power lines, coordinating with local utilities so trusses could be flown in safely. The finished home captures the lake view beautifully and shows the level of craftsmanship and problem-solving Cascadia brings to complex residential projects.
